HEAT CYCLING?

Description:
|
Is heat cycling really necessary?
Pre Heat cycle or cycling is a method of pre-heating the tires before they are used on the track. Basically, you are heating up and cooling down the tire, just as you would on the track.
Some tire respond positively to a pre heat cycle and it will enable tires such as the Hoosier R6 or A6 to last longer.
However, it is NOT necessary to pre-heat cycle a Hankook or TOYO tire.
These two tires simply do not require a pre heat cycle in the manner the Hoosier tire compound does.
